We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer a full refund for full-priced items (CARD PAYMENTS ONLY), excluding accessories, sale items, gift cards, and delivery fees. If you paid by cash on delivery then your refund will be issued as credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, hygiene sticker (swimwear) still attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email order confirmation or proof of purchase (bank transaction).
Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear back into your account - once the item(s) have been received back to us.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com or via the form listed on our website. Please mention your order number, name, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. We will reply to you within 7-10 working days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect the item has been worn or if it is not in the same condition as it was sent out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours. Feel free to reach out on WhatApp.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, a, or personalized items), and used g (such as worn products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
